Radical Healing

Bertrand Legault be healthy

In her research, Dr. Kelly Turner found that 75 healing factors appeared in cases of radical cancer remission, but nine were common among all of the cases she studied, and only three of these are related to the physical body. [1]

  1. Radically changing your diet
  2. Taking control of your health
  3. Using herbs and supplements
  4. Following your intuition
  5. Releasing suppressed emotions
  6. Increasing positive emotions
  7. Embracing social support
  8. Deepening your spiritual connection
  9. Having strong reasons for living

The Heal Movie also points out many healing techniques or approaches that are not related to the physical body.

A person I know who has nearly reached radical remission of Parkinson's Disease also has a broad approach, as explained here.

  • 8 years after the diagnosis, she stopped traditional medical drugs primarily because of the side effects and the fact these drugs don't really address the root cause and might actually eventually exacerbate the ability of the brain to produce enough dopamine.  (Warning! Before stopping your current drugs, always do your own research first and check with your doctor.)
  • She replaced the chemical drugs with a natural source of L-DOPA, Cannabidiol (CBD) oil, and other alternative drugs.  See Dopamine Deficiency.
  • Practices to rewire the old thinking habits, typically stemming from young age (0-7 years old).  See Dr Joe DispenzaBruce Lipton or Marisa Peer.
  • Strong faith or inner force pushing her towards hope and a "no-matter-what" determination.
  • General practice of Gratitude and also manifestation of healing by having gratitude in advance, which convinces the body that healing has already arrived and thus the body allows healing to unfold and set in.
  • Practice of Neuroplasticity and Visualization.
  • Practice of forgiveness.  Forgive others, forgive yourself, so you can feel better.
  • Choose a positive emotion or mindset when facing an difficult event or upon surfacing of an old or negative emotion.
  • Spiritual practice focused on love and giving love through prayers to people and the world.

And remember that everyone's path to healing is different but the same principles apply.
