This a nice list of health tips a friend shared with me a while ago.  Here's my suggestion.  Understand that the path to healing and happiness is different for every person.  (Otherwise, there would be only one path and we wouldn't need this web site.)  And, not only that.  What worked for you 5 years ago, may not work today.  So, just look at this list, be open minded, and listen to your heart and your intuition.  If something jumps at you, take note and do some research on this topic.

 

Get Help from Health Providers
001. See natural health-care providers on a regular basis.
    a. Get treated by a bioenergetic synchronization technique practitioner.
    b. Get a chiropractic adjustment.
    c. See an herbalist.
    d. See a homeopathic practitioner.
    e. See a naturopath.
002. Stop taking non-prescription and prescription drugs.
003. Energetic rebalancing.
004. Check your body pH.

Get The Toxins Out
005. Get colonics.
006. Do a complete colon cleanse.
007. Do a liver/gallbladder cleanse.
008. Do a kidney/bladder cleanse.
009. Do a heavy metal cleanse.
010. Do a parasite cleanse.
011. Do a candida cleanse.
012. Do a full-body fat/lymphatic cleanse.
013. Drink eight full glasses of pure water daily.
014. Use a rebounder (mini trampoline) ten minutes a day.
015. Walk one hour a day.
016. Stretch the muscles and tendons in your body.
017. Practice deep breathing.
018. Sweat with a regular dry sauna or an infrared sauna (not a wet steam).

Don't Put Toxins in your Body
025. Do not eat any food produced or sold by a publicly traded corporation or is a "brand name" product.
026. Get all metal out of your dental work.
027. Stop smoking.
028. Don't drink tap water.
029. Buy and use a shower filter.
030. Eat only 100% organic food.
031. Do not eat in fast-food restaurants.
032. Do not eat anything that comes out of a microwave oven.
033. Eliminate aspartame and monosodium glutamate.
034. Do not eat artificial sweeteners (including Splenda).
035. Do not drink diet sodas.
036. Do not eat hydrogenated oil.
        This is classified as a trans fat. Hydrogenated oils are man-made.
037. Do not eat homogenized and pasteurized dairy products.
038. Do not eat high fructose corn syrup.
039. Use only toothpaste with no fluoride.
040. Do not use nonstick cookware.
041. Eat only organic, kosher meat and poultry.
042. Do not eat farm raised fish.
043. Do not eat pork.
044. Do not eat shellfish.
045. If you can't eat it, don't put it on your skin.
046. Get an air purifier.
047. Use only nontoxic 100-percent organic cleaning supplies.
048. Do not drink canned or bottled juice.
049. Do not use sun block.
050. Do not take vitamins.
051. Do not use antiperspirants or deodorants.
        Remember, if you can't eat it, don't put it on your skin.
052. Do not eat white processed sugar.
053. Do not eat white processed flour.
054. Eat nothing that says "fat free" on the label.
055. Eat nothing that says "sugar free" on the label.
056. Eat nothing that says "low carbs" or "net carbs" on the label.
057. Do not eat "food bars."
058. Do not eat diet or protein shakes.
059. Stay away from hot tubs, steam rooms and swimming pools.
        Swimming pools and hot tubs are filled with water that is loaded to excess with chlorine. Chlorine is a deadly poisonous chemical.
060. Eliminate air fresheners.
061. Eliminate fluorescent lighting.
062. Reduce or eliminate air conditioning.
063. Avoid dry cleaning.
064. Make your own beer and wine.
065. Buy a good vacuum cleaner with a HEPA filter.

Eat Well
066. Eat more fresh organic fruits and vegetables.
067. Buy a juice machine and use it.
068. Eat raw organic nuts and seeds.
069. Get natural sunlight.
070. Eat an organic apple a day.
071. Take coral calcium.
072. Take all-natural Vitamin E.
073. Take liquid colloidal minerals daily.
074. Drink the "magic juices."
075. Take a whole food supplement daily.
076. Eat raw organic honey, bee propolis, royal jelly, and bee pollen.
077. Get an oxygen water cooler.
        One of the best ways to add oxygen into the body is through water.
